I am in an English class and we are doing reports assigned to us for black history month. I was assigned Maya Angelou and I was a little disappointed at first. But now I see that my teacher was right. I do relate to her in many a ways. She is now my new all time hero. She is actually my first hero at that. I am glad that i stumbled upon this site, to see the information that drew me even closer to wanting to be more and more like her.
              Best wishes,
                 Alexandra Schroeder

I absolutely love your blog. I found it as I was searching for the exact Maya Angelou quote regarding "alone, all alone." I am sending 'thank you' notes to friends and clients and wanted to include this quote in the note. And, there was your blog! Is this something that your school does? You know, I wonder if this is something we could do in my state (Kentucky) with our school children? Could you have your teacher or parent contact me? I am doing a conference on blogs for our chamber of commerce soon and would love to include the virtual classroom into the discussion. Thank you.

Great points:

* The movie also says to girls that they should do whatever they can to find their beloved boyfriend. By saying this, it also says that all females like and need boys.

*the rich are also pretty mean to the lower classes. An example of this is when the richer characters try to destroy Jack, Will, Elizabeth, and the other pirates. They might also think of them badly, simply because they aren’t as wealthy.

* it shows that rich and important people are pretty arrogant. They’re always trying to arrest or destroy the poorer people,

*It also illustrates them as useless and only causing trouble in the world.

Hey Adrian
I really think this article is really important
because global warming is starting to change the environment
It's really shocking to know that global warming destroyed an island.
Temperatures are crazy,
the winter is shorter and the summer is longer.
Anyways, good jod(:
